PAIN MANAGEMENT
Pain impacts all aspects of a person’s life. At Lassen we strive to help all of our residents to restore function after illness, injury or surgery.
RESTORATIVE NURSING
Our restorative nursing program actively focuses on achieving and maintaining our resident's optimal physical, mental and psychosocial function.
IV THERAPY
The Registered Nurses at our facility are fully trained in IV insertion to provide care and comfort to our residents.
WOUND CARE
We provide our residents with wound treatment utilizing advanced wound care technologies to stimulate healing.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our team of therapy professionals specialize in a comprehensive recovery program designed to the needs of our patients. This program helps them towards recovering to their physical capacity to restore their independent mobility.
RESTORATIVE THERAPY
Our licensed staff is invested in the healing and recovery of our residents. At Lassen, we have a collective goal of providing a restorative experience that’s as close to home as possible for each of our residents.
OCCUP. THERAPY
Through a personalized evaluation, our goal is to help you participate in the things you want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.

Rehabilitation Services
